Garbage Pickup is Tuesday Am and Friday AM.
Garbage is not allowed to be placed on the street before 4pm the day prior, and returned end of pickup day. Failure to comply will result in a warning and a fine.
Bulk pickup and recycle is Tuesday Am Only.
Large items like a Sofas need to be pre-called to B.B trash for pickup. All Garbage must be in the green city pickup bin.
Items not picked up by the city are to be stored in your garage and not left on street. Bulk items must be no larger than 4 yards and at least 5ft away from anything else,...cars, trees, bins, ....free and clear or it will not be picked up.

We have contracted with South Coast Painting to do a complete refresh of our HOA. New Color codes will be provided as soon as the project has been completed.
Please adhere to the notices that were sent out
for the repairs or replacement of needed items that are listed in your notice.
NO RESIDENT PARKING IN GUEST SPOTS
Guest parking is reserved for guests only. No long term parking (without movement) over 10 days without registering the car with Phoenix MGT or board conditional approval.
Failure to comply will result in a tow.
Long term "visitors" past 10 days are no longer a visitor and must park in units garage.
Coastal Bay is a 2 car per unit community. Each car must fit inside the garage with the doors closed. Cars parked in driveway can not cross over into road.
Shoulder parking is not permitted and will result in an immediate tow unless permitted by a board member.
