Guest parking is reserved for guests only. No long term parking (without movement) over 10 days without registering the car with Phoenix MGT or board conditional approval.

Failure to comply will result in a tow.

To paint your exterior, Complete Arc Form and follow the Sherwin Williams paint colors as follows:

sw6119 Antique White (Cream)
sw6327 Bold Brick (red)...
sw6687 Lantern (light yellow accent)
sw6388 Golden Fleece (dark gold)
sw6387 Compatible Cream (light gold)
sw7006 Extra White (trim)
sw6118 Leather Bound (doors/garage doors)
sw6095 Toasty (floors)

sw6090 Java (rails)

Prior to painting seal cracks on balconies with liquid cement to prevent rust runoff.

Satin paint is the finish.
 
Also only use 'Super' Sherwin Williams paint or higher quality. Super is the only yellow base paint if you have to paint SW6687.

Lights/lanterns are not brown, they are antique black code to follow.

​Lower grade paint and failure to pressure wash can and will result in a re-paint.

Garbage Pickup is Tuesday Am and Friday AM.

​Garbage is not allowed to be placed on the street before 4pm the day prior, and returned end of pickup day. Failure to comply will result in a warning and a fine. 

​Bulk pickup and recycle is Tuesday Am Only. 

Large items like a Sofas need to be pre-called to B.B trash for pickup.  All Garbage must be in the green city pickup bin.   

​Items not picked up by the city are to be stored in your garage and not left on street. Bulk items must be no larger than 4 yards and at least 5ft away from anything else,...cars, trees, bins, ....free and clear or it will not be picked up.
