​Painting has arrived. The board began to address unit deficiency issues beginning in May of last year including light fixtures. Currently more than half of the units have one or more exterior light that is either out of compliance or needs to be replaced due to weathering or damage. Please check your lights and have them replaced. Use a bulb with a brightness of no more than 3500K

Delaying replacement beyond will likely result in needing to repaint around the fixture base or may force HOA to hire it done.

Replace any weathered door carriage lights. Door carriage lights must match community          standards.

These 3 fixtures above will address about 90% of the units. A few units may have something that differs in which case please update with the closest match in style and in black.

This is also a good time to upgrade/update your door hardware or any other repairs visible f
rom the street. The board asks that all units have black or oil rubbed bronze handles and not knobs.
